Well Hello my Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

I hope you all had a very nice and relaxing summer. I am looking forward to seeing all of you again later on this month as we start our Religious Education program here at the Cathedral St.   Ignatius Loyola for the year 2010-2011. Our religious Ed. Program Orientation FOR PARENTS ONLY!!! -will begin on Tuesday August 31st at 6pm in the Parish Hall. This will be for all students in grades K-5 who are in the Tuesday classes. On Thursday September  2nd at 5pm will be the orientation for the K-5 Thursday night group. At this meeting the groundwork for the year will be spelled out and there will also be an opportunity to register if some of you have forgotten to do so. I strongly encourage all of our parishioners who hope to register their children in our program to do so before September. Class availability is limited in size and also exclusively for the Cathedral Parish. Please make sure that before you register any child for Religious Ed. that your family is registered as one of our practicing parishioners. All children hoping to receive any sacraments whether it is First Holy Communion or Confirmation remember you must turn in a Baptismal certificate with your application.

I will continue to pray for all of you and May the Good God Bless you and your children.

Deacon John Beaudoin
Cathedral Campus Manager/
Director of Religious Education
